| Description | This sub-series chiefly contains minutes of the Board of Directors, from the first meeting in 1969 to about 2011. It also contains the Company?s first salary book and two standalone volumes of minutes from the Executive Committee (1973-1982) and the Finance & Fundraising Committee [1984-1990]. The volumes? original names and dates are included as file titles, but the sub-series is arranged chronologically by the actual date spans covered in the minutes and loose inserts. Some Board of Directors' minutes from 1994-1997 are also in MS2239.1.2. |
