Plaintiffs: Henry Shard, victualler of Tisbury, Wiltshire and Betty Shard his wife (a daughter, only child and administratrix of William Cantloe, victualler late of Tisbury, who was son and heir of John Cantloe, yeoman now of Fonthill Bishop, Wiltshire and grandson of John Cantloe senior, ale-house keeper deceased late of Tisbury).

Defendants: William Bracher.
