Plaintiffs: Elizabeth Cutforthay, widow of Worksop, Nottinghamshire, John Shelton, jersey comber of Nottingham and Elizabeth Shelton his wife, Mary Cutforthay, Eyre Cutforthay, Robert Cutforthay (which said Elizabeth Shelton, Mary Cutforthay, Eyre Cutforthay and Robert Cutforthay are the children of said Elizabeth Cutforthay by Samuel Cutforthay, her late husband, deceased), Archibald Hall, yeoman of Rotherham, Yorkshire and Anne Hall his wife, Anne Hall aged 18 years, Robert Hall aged 16 years, Edmund Hall aged 14 years (their children), infants (by their father), Joseph Mellish, esq of Blyth, Nottinghamshire and Jeremy Halfhide, gent of Ordsall.

Defendants: Robert Bellamy.
