(Graham Lustig) and ?Extenzion? (Derek Williams). ?Extenzion? was also known as the ?jazz ballet? and ?D?Ensemble? as the ?classical ballet?. The papers predominantly cover 1992-1993 but there is also a fax from 1999 re composer Carl Davis.
